If you are invited to the owner portal, account and access information associated with that portal may also be processed. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, payment-card information, or detailed tenant personal information through a public website form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to an inquiry, review potential property fit and service availability, communicate about requested services, administer invited portal access, protect the website, and maintain business records. Submitting a Property Review does not create a management relationship or an obligation to provide services.
Forms, portal, and service providers
The deployed site uses a Next.js storefront and Convex for site and portal functionality. Property Review submissions are stored through the site's Convex connection. When the platform notification configuration is available, the site sends an inquiry notification through the MadeThis platform's signed notification proxy. If a platform-hosted checkout is offered for a product or plan in the future, it is handled by the MadeThis platform rather than a payment form on this website. We do not request payment-card or bank-account information in the Property Review form.
Cookies and analytics
The site includes PostHog analytics only when the platform provides the relevant configuration. When enabled, PostHog may use cookies and local storage to measure site use and improve the experience. If that configuration is not enabled, the storefront does not initialize PostHog. We do not state that any other nonessential analytics or advertising cookies are in use.
Retention and sharing
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, operate the site or portal, maintain appropriate records, resolve issues, and meet obligations that may apply. We may share information with service providers that support the website, portal, notification delivery, hosting, analytics when enabled, or a platform-hosted checkout when relevant. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the site, respond to a valid request, or address suspected misuse. We do not sell personal information through this website.
