This website provides general information about Haus of Rose and a way to request a Property Review. The site is not legal, tax, insurance, real-estate, or other professional advice, and its content is not a promise of service, a guarantee of results, or a guarantee of availability.
Property Review and inquiries
A Property Review is an initial inquiry. It helps Haus of Rose understand high-level property information, potential fit, and the next appropriate conversation. An inquiry, response, plan description, or website content does not automatically create a client, agency, management, brokerage, or other service relationship.
Plans, availability, and written agreements
Management plan availability and scope are confirmed during the Property Review and are subject to applicable requirements. A service begins only if the parties decide to proceed under an appropriate written agreement that states the applicable scope, responsibilities, pricing, and other terms. Property-management services are offered only through authorized arrangements and as permitted by applicable law.
Acceptable use and portal access
Use the website and portal lawfully, accurately, and without interfering with their operation or another person's access. Do not submit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or provide information you do not have permission to share. Owner portal access is invitation-only and may be limited, suspended, or ended to protect the site, users, or information.
Intellectual property
The Haus of Rose name, visual identity, website content, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the public website for personal, informational use, but may not copy, republish, modify, or use its materials in a way that suggests affiliation or approval without permission.
Third-party services and checkout
The site uses third-party platform services for functionality, including Convex and MadeThis platform services where configured. Any platform-hosted checkout is provided by the applicable platform and may be governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. Haus of Rose does not collect payment-card details through the Property Review form.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an informational basis without warranties that it will always be available, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
